Official Terms & Conditions for the “Lock, Load & Hang with Garand Thumb” Experience

1. Sponsor The “Lock, Load & Hang with Garand Thumb” Experience (“Experience”) is sponsored by Henry Repeating Arms (“Sponsor”), headquartered at 107 W. Coleman Street, Rice Lake, Wisconsin, 54868, United States of America.

2. Experience Period The Experience begins on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Experience Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility The Experience is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and are able to pass a Federal background check to legally own a firearm. Employees of Henry Repeating Arms, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Experience is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter Participants can enter the Experience by filling out an official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Experience Period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. By entering the Experience, entrants agree to receive marketing materials from Henry Repeating Arms. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time through their Preference Center linked at the bottom of every email.

5. Prize Details The prize consists of an all-expenses-paid trip for two (2) to Garand Thumb’s property to spend time with Garand Thumb and his crew. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $10,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.

6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days of the Experience Period closing. The winner will be notified by email and phone. A response from the winner must be received within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Conditions for Receiving the Prize The winner and their guest will be required to complete a waiver of liability, releasing both Garand Thumb and Henry Repeating Arms from liability. Failure to complete the waiver will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity By entering the Experience, participants agree that Henry Repeating Arms and Garand Thumb may use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by law.

10. Limitations of Liability Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues affecting entry. Sponsor is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Experience or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Disputes This Experience is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Experience will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

12. Privacy Any personal information collected during the Experience will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.henryusa.com/privacy-policy/.

13. Right to Cancel or Modify Henry Repeating Arms reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Experience if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other events beyond the Sponsor’s control.

14. Miscellaneous This Experience is void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
